Continue to El Panecillo, a scenic viewpoint where the Virgin of Quito, an iconic winged statue, stands tall. Enjoy breathtaking views of the city and surrounding Andean landscapes.

Travel to the Middle of the World Monument, where you can stand on the equatorial line dividing the Northern and Southern Hemispheres, and take photos with the famous "Latitude 0°" sign.

After breakfast, start the day heading north to explore some of the region’s most iconic sites. Stop at Cayambe to savor a taste of its famous  Bizcochos, a delicious traditional biscuit, typically enjoyed with local cheese or caramel sauce.

Make a brief stop at Miralago, a scenic viewpoint offering breathtaking views of San Pablo Lake, before continuing to Otavalo.

Upon arrival, immerse yourself in the vibrant atmosphere of the Otavalo Market, one of South America’s most famous indigenous markets, where locals barter and sell beautifully handcrafted textiles, jewelry, and artwork.

Later, visit the charming town of Cotacachi, renowned for its high-quality leather goods and craftsmanship. Stroll through its artisan shops and discover finely crafted leather clothing, bags, and accessories.

Before heading back, stop by a traditional Andean music workshop, where you’ll learn about the craftsmanship behind native instruments and their role in local culture.
