DAY 2: PUERTO MALDONADO

  • 7:30 a.m.: Transfer to the airport and take a flight to Puerto Maldonado.

    • Arrive in Puerto Maldonado, known as Peru's Capital City of Biodiversity.

    • Welcome at the airport and start the program with a city tour via bus.

    • Visit Puerto Capitanía and board a motorized riverboat on the Madre de Dios River.

    - Enjoy the natural environment and possibly spot ronsocos, caimans, turtles, herons, cormorants, and other wildlife.

    • Arrive at Eco Amazonia Lodge:

DAY 3: JUNGLE TOUR

DAY 12: MITAD DEL MUNDO CAYAMBE OTAVALO MARKET AND CUICOCHA

  • 7:00 a.m.: Start the tour from Quito and head to the northern part of the city.

  • Visit the Equatorial Monument at the middle of the world:

- See the monument that marks the division between the northern and southern hemispheres, built by a French expedition in the 17th century.
