Jake Marriott

Jake Marriott, a dynamic entrepreneur, travel enthusiast and native of Washington, has two decades of experience in custom home construction, mastering leadership, project management, and customer care. Globally traveled, he lived for two years in South America, enhancing his Spanish-speaking skills and connecting with the land and culture—fostering a fondness for regions such as Patagonia and Peru.

A lifelong adventurer and outdoor activity aficionado, Jake sought to co-launch Pan American Tours with Hugo Villena and Marcus Perry, as travel agency that focusing on crafting unique, stress-relieving nature trips by offering immersive explorations in some of the world’s most stunning settings. His company embodies his dedication to delivering unparalleled adventuring experiences.

Hugo Villena

Hugo Villena has worked in the tourism sector in South America for the last 15 years, a passion that he shares with his family. They love to travel and explore new destinations together, which enriches their experience and knowledge of the world.

Throughout his career, Hugo has embraced various challenges and have found in them opportunities to innovate and create new businesses related to tourism. The excitement discovering and offering unique experiences to others is what motivates him daily.

Marcus Perry

Marcus Perry is an experienced and passionate entrepreneur in the field of adventure tourism. He was the founder of Hoaloha Jeep Adventures, a private tour company based on the picturesque island of Maui. With a background as a whitewater rafting and Jeep tour guide in Durango CO., Marcus has honed his skills in providing exceptional guided experiences to his clients.

In addition to his work on Maui, Marcus has also served as a tour guide on Catalina Island, further expanding his expertise in delivering memorable outdoor adventures. Marcus holds a bachelor's degree in History, enabling him to share fascinating historical insights during his tours. Furthermore, he has a Master's degree in Mass Communications, which has equipped him with effective marketing, communication and storytelling skills.
