There are no restrictions for any of the countries where our tours operate; no visa is necessary, except for visitors to the United States, where some individuals may need a visa to enter. This information can be confirmed through the U.S. embassy in each respective country. Additionally, travelers to Costa Rica must have the Yellow Fever vaccine.

What is the quality of accommodations and transportation provided during the tours?

All tours feature accommodations based on 4-star hotels. Transportation options vary depending on the group size.

Are meals included in the tour packages?

Meals offered on each tour align with the specific itinerary of each country. A buffet breakfast is always included, and on most days, lunch or dinner will also be provided according to the travel schedule.

Are there optional activities or extensions available for the tours?

Depending on the specific country and tour itinerary, additional tour extensions may be available, detailed in the corresponding tour extension section on our website.

What is the average group size for the tours?

The group size is determined by the number of reservations made. There is a minimum of 2 participants and a maximum of 16.

Is travel insurance included in the tour packages?

Travel insurance is included for tours in the United States; however, it is not included for South American itineraries. As a travel agency, we offer insurance for an extra charge based on the specific program.

What is the cancellation policy?

During the tour, you will hold a video call with the tour leader who will explain the currency, exchange rates, and local customs and behavior expected while visiting.

Throughout the tour, there will generally be Wi-Fi and internet access, barring a few days spent in remote jungle areas. We recommend acquiring an international plan for your devices, and we can assist you in purchasing a local SIM if needed.

Yes, packing recommendations unique to each country will be provided 15 days before the tour begins.

Yes, our company complies with the environmental sustainability regulations set by each nation. Moreover, we have a program aimed at aiding indigenous communities in very impoverished regions of Peru and Ecuador, where we conduct a portion of our programs.

Certainly, every participant can specify their dietary preferences, and we can cater to them throughout the tour.
